Pursuant to the Policy, fTLD has received and resolved a challenge for the following name: EARN. fTLD may allocate this name via one or more of the mechanisms outlined in the Name Allocation Policy, starting with a Request for Proposal (RFP). If there are multiple, qualified candidates for the name the contention will, in fTLD’s discretion, be resolved with an auction.
fTLD’s decision to consider allocating previously reserved names is to maximize the development of any awarded domain names and to strengthen the .BANK brand.

Proposals for EARN must be submitted to rfp@fTLD.com by 21:00:00 UTC on August 4, 2017. fTLD anticipates selecting a winner by August 9, 2017, unless an auction is required.
