fTLD updates Affirmation of Commitments (AoC), which was originally written in 2014, to reflect what we have implemented to ensure .BANK and .INSURANCE are operated in the best interests of banks and insurance distributors/producers and their customers (together, the Community). In the AoC, fTLD describes the three-pronged approach—Community Governance, Protection, and Treatment Commitments—to safeguard and operate .BANK and .INSURANCE in a fair and equitable manner.
